Please be advised that on 26 March 2021 the Supreme Court of Bermuda (the “Court”) issued a winding-up order placing Omnia Ltd. (“Company”) into liquidation.

Elizabeth Cava and Marcin Czarnocki, both of Deloitte Financial Advisory Ltd., are the Joint Liquidators (“JLs”) of the Company.
